Easy Install, No Modification

The piezo element attaches securely to the tie block using only string tension. Installation is fast, safe, and fully reversible. Your guitar stays original and unaltered by drilling, cutting or gluing.

Pure, Natural Tone

The NG-Wi utilizes a fully passive piezo design that captures the genuine acoustic character of your guitar. No battery is required for the pickup element itself.

Precise Volume Adjustment & Dependable Battery

Choose from 13 selectable volume steps. The transmitter’s rechargeable battery delivers up to 6 hours of continuous use and recharges quickly via USB-C.

Premium, Stylish Design

Finished in real mahogany, the piezo sensor blends seamlessly with the natural beauty of your instrument. Its lightweight wood casing enhances tonal sensitivity.

Extended Wireless Reach & Multi-Channel Support

Perform confidently in any venue with a stable wireless range of up to 30 meters and support for 40 selectable channels, ensuring interference-free operation.

Flexible Multi-Option Transmitter Attachment

Designed for comfort and mobility, the compact transmitter attaches effortlessly to your instrument via magnetic mount, or clips to your belt or pocket, ensuring secure and adaptable placement.

Instructions

Follow our installation guide through the following steps:

Loosen the strings of your guitar. Make sure there is enough space under the loops so the pickup can slide through without any pressure.

Slide the pickup under the string loops. Keep it positioned evenly on the tie bar while tightening the strings and retune.

For belt-clip mounting, simply position the transmitter on your belt and secure it using the built-in clip. Connect it to the installed pickup with the included long cable. Be sure to hold the pickup head firmly whenever you plug or unplug the cable.

For magnetic mounting, begin by checking the magnet’s polarity and applying the adhesive sticker to the correct side. Remove the belt clip from the transmitter, then position it on your preferred external spot on the instrument. Loosen the strings just enough to fit your hand inside the instrument.

Carefully align the magnet inside the instrument with the transmitter on the outside, then press gently to ensure secure and stable attachment.

Note: The magnet is strong - handle it carefully to prevent it snapping into place unexpectedly or attaching to an unintended area.

Once everything is in place, connect the transmitter to the installed pickup using the included short cable. Once again, make sure you hold the pickup head firmly whenever plugging or unplugging the cable.

Turn on the transmitter, long press “+” for 5 seconds, and when the green light flashes quickly, that indicates that the pairing status has been entered. Turn on the receiver, and the green light will flash as it’s pairing. When the green light is solid, you’re ready to enjoy your new NG-Wi System.
